Nail in Napier - Pretty Nails

Dont go here if you speak english because there is an english language barrier. The nailpolish was great BUT when I returned to have the polish removed, they grinded it off with a dremmel and my nails are now ruined and will take months to recover. I will never go here again. Cost me $70 all up to get my nails damaged for months!

easily the worst set of nails ive ever had, i asked for a M and a G on my acrylic nails (which were supposed to be $55 and ended up being $80) and even after 30 minutes of me trying to explain what i wanted to three of the staff it still looked as if a toddler had written it, my fingers were covered in glue when i left and the nails dont even fit my fingers. im new to napier so was just trying out places but im going to make sure i never ever return here and let my friends know not to either. i even told them the nails were for a important event and they still put no effort.

Staff was friendly but not very talkative. One of the colours wasn't same as sample. Nails were made very thick. Finishing and filing not well done. Unfortunately worst nails I've ever had done .

I think I have weird looking feet and always wanted a pedi.. but always have been too embarrassed (silly I know). I was convinced by my two aunties to go get a pedi together, glad I did. These women are SO LOVELY and kind, they did a fantastic job!! Made me feel so comfortable and welcome, I cant wait to go back. Thank you ladies, YOU-ARE-AWESOME Service: Pedicure
