John comes every 6 weeks to lay bait for the ants - he is always professional, helpful and friendly. Ricky sprayed the house for all insects and was early, respectful and communicative - he rang me to let me know when he had finished as I had to be away from the house for 4 hours. We have had the house sprayed for three years and now no flies, spiders (therefore no cobwebs), cockroaches live long after they enter the house. It is our experience that the spray is still working at the end of a year. Highly recommend this product. Didn't turn up at booked time (same thing happened last year but thought it was a one-off). Didn't contact us had to phone various numbers to get someone to even answer the phone only to be told they were double booked and could maybe do it 1 1?/2 hours later. If you don't want to be left hanging round only for no-one to show up avoid this company like the plague!@
