This company is shameful and I will never use them again. I was picked up as an outpatient from the Hastings Hospital on the 5th Jan at about 5pm. The driver didn't even know Napier at all. Had to use Google I had to spell everything out to her. I have a disability % card which she scanned in. I get 50% off the fare. When we got to my home she then asked for the cash difference of which I came inside for but when my neighbour went to pay her it was $50 extra. I have rung the company to complain they say they have no record of this booking and I must have used another company and forgotten that I did. Up to now I have been using this company for 30 years. NOT anymore Any ideas how I can get back about $20+ over charged I'm on a pension with no money to waste.

Booked 5:15am cab for airport drop. Off. Didn't arrive on time. Ended up being around 18 mins late. No acknowledgement or apology from the driver.

In the past I have had excellent service from HB Cooperative taxis. However, on this occasion I booked a pick-up 24 hours in advance and the taxi failed to turn up. No apology when I rang, just told it was a "busy morning". Isn't that why you book in advance?? I followed up with an email of complaint and have had no response. We do have other choices, so this company is on notice after being a loyal customer for years.

Arranged a 4am pick-up to go the airport and the driver was right on time. Comfortable and professional service. Would easily recommend.
