We used Bernard from the peoples insurance, we were mislead and lied to costing us thousands of dollars spent on extra cover while still paying the full amount of acc which Bernard took authority of telling us he would scale it back to offset the cost of the extra insurance cover, he never did this. We have taken this to FMA and he has stoped replying to any correspondence.

Thanks to Bernard from the Peoples Company I now have standard terms on all my insurances. For years Ive had increased terms and exclusions on some of my insurances. His guidance, relationships and negotiations with insurers now means I have all my insurances on standard terms and I am covered for any unforeseen event.
