Granite & Stone

Our experience with Granite & Stone unfortunately did not match the promise of earlier Google reviews. While the team there were friendly and helpful, we felt let down by a real lack of communication and customer service. I suspect they are so busy that they can't pay adequate attention to smaller jobs at the moment. The install crew did a great job and the bench top is a quality product. But due to an administrative measuring error, we were left with a choice of either going an additional three days with no plumbing in our kitchen while they rectified their error, or accepting a bench with a much larger sink than we either wanted or ordered. Not an ideal outcome either way.

This is a fabulous business and Mona and Tony are really experienced in helping you with your new kitchen. Not only will they help you to choose your ideal bench top but they are also extremely good at recommending a number of expert cabinet makers to complete the job for you. The showroom is fantastic too with a big range of handles, paint swatches and laminates so you can plan your entire colour scheme to compliment your choice of bench top. This really is the best place to start your new kitchen design plan. Well worth the visit. Thank you Tony and Mona

We had the team at Granite and Stone complete our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry, for a very bespoke design. The team were able to handle the difficult porcelain benchtops with ease and have installed our kitchen with 100% perfection. Tony and his team were prompt, easy to communicate with and it no stage did we ever have a problem. I highly recommend the use of granite and stone for your kitchen as you will get a benchtop surface and installation that is second-to-none.

Well done to all at Stone and Granite. I found Mona, John and Amid such a family friendly team to work with. They helped me so much in regards to choosing and understanding the right countertop for my new kitchen. I found them to be so knowledgeable about their product and found them helpful in every way with costumer service. I love my Super White Granite top, and would thoroughly recommend this Company. I would like to give a "shout out" to the lads that install the top, they were professional and friendly. In my opinion, well deserving of 5 stars.
