Kennards Self Storage Onekawa

Kennards Onekawa is a AMAZING business!! I had my household items stored there for 15 months post an overseas move and every step of the way Kennards were friendly and supportive. Moving is stressful but Kennards took the stress out of it. You get a refund of the unused days when you move out which is a bonus! I actually was sad to say goodbye to them when I moved out! Thanks so much!

Moving to Hawke's Bay from the UK, we shipped our things by sea and we rented a unit at Kennards Onekawa for 10 months while we waited for our house. Nell and the team were always really helpful, friendly, and responsive. They did exactly what they said they would, when they promised, and that's not as common as you'd expect these days ! The unit itself was great, just what we needed. Clean, dry, safe and secure. Easy 24/7 accessibility was really useful. Happy to highly reccomend them.

We were looking for some short-term storage when selling our house. The team at Kennards couldn't be more helpful. The initial quote was super-quick, and they were open during a holiday period for me to go in and get the low-down on what I needed to do. The unit was tidy and easily accessible, with trolleys available for getting goods to and from the car. There were no leaks in the unit through Cyclone Gabrielle (I had to retrieve our camping gear from storage!). Only 2 weeks notice was required for leaving, and the refund of the credit was processed without me needing to follow up. I would recommend to anyone.
