        I called up twice to ask for booking and maybe some info regarding my dog and got treated like absolute trash as we are not a member etc with them when we haven't had to take him to a vet in a very long time! We will definitely not be doing business with these guys in the future

        The entire staff at Vet Services Napier is outstanding. They go above and beyond and are knowledgable, compassionate, and kind to all animals. One of the greatest veterinary clinics around; highly recommended.

        Absolutely love this vet. I moved both my rabbits to vet services from another. They show so much empathy towards my pets and do everything they can! Previous vet they were at didnt help at all. When one of my buns passed they sent out a hand written card which meant a lot. Highly recommend
