        I could not recommend The Sanctuary more highly! It is such a beautiful light filled studio, where Amber provides amazing classes for all levels of yogi whether you're a first timer or seasoned practitioner she is able to guide you to fulfill your goals and enjoy yourself along the way.

        Amber is such an amazing teacher! The way she teaches just makes you want to practice more and more yoga. She is very careful of how you do the poses and makes sure that you feel comfortable. I am an osteopath myself and very often refer my patients to Amber as I know that she is safe and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Yoga Vibes!

        Yoga vibes has been amazing for myself and so many others, the setting of the studio is just stunning and all the people that fill the classes are so beautiful. Amber is such an amazing teacher with a soft and nurturing demeanour.
