What a disappointment this experience turned out to be. Let me give a bit of context. My 18yr old sister bought me a grabone voucher to have my lashes done for my birthday. I was so excited to see the end result so jumped online and booked a full set of hybrid lashes. Today my baby, my sister and I traveled to Napier for the appointment, this is when it all turned south. On entering, the owner commented how "brave" I was bringing a child and proceeded with the consultation. My sister confirmed what service we were here for, the owner rudely interrupted her and stated that this is not what we booked in for. She stated clearly that I HAD messed up the booking and in fact booked a two week refill which only left her with am hour. She said "I can see what I can get done in an hour"! Asking what that would be, resulted in a vague answer which eventually was clarified to be every alternative lash being missed. So in othery words half the job done. I expressed my concerns with her wanting what I paid for. At this point she accused me of messing up the booking and wasting time she could've used with another client. Of course the proof came out in the form of a confirmation email for my booking, not one but three! This enraged the owner to the point of her requesting we leave immediately. Her reaction was totally unjustified and if she had just taken the time to acknowledge the error this could have been resolved with us simply rescheduling. I am not one to judge but can only judge my experience, customer service at the end of the day is about keeping your customers happy. Especially first time customers who could promote your services and become loyal return customer. Very unhappy.
