I booked into Green meadows who billed my credit card fully. Covid happened and we never made it to Napier due to lockdown. Green meadows never refunded me and have been difficult to engage long story short have chosen not to engage.A bad experience for me one I'm not likely to repeat with them a disgraceful lack of customer service and shocking treatment..

I booked my room from Sydney Australia for one night 14/15 unfortunately when I arrived motel no one was there it was look like a ghost house , I try to call them no one answered the phone, then I found a old lady she told me to go back door to see if anyone there but unfortunately no one was there for 30 to 45 minutes so I left the motel and rebooked other places. I emailed them to cancel my booking and dont charge because of the reason I written up however they take money from my credit card in full amount. I really dont understand how a motel have no reception to welcome guest between 2.30pm to 3.45pm !
