Doug from MagicSeal in Napier was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He made up two security screen doors for my parents in Waipukurau and installed them. We have had our entire new home fitted with Magic Seal security door's and insect screens. We couldn't be more happy with the amazing workmanship and accuracy in each and every window and door. I apologize for forgetting your names but the lady who I spoke on the phone to then meet at the shop was lovely & another person who showed me the different types of doors was nice also & doug who installed the lovely looking screen doors who also was nice. My initial experience was good, however, on follow up help I have had no response and seem unable to have the problem sorted. Since then I have had good follow on help and my problem sorted.
