        Hired trailer for 2 hours @ hire fee $20.00 + bond deposit $30.00 confirmed by written invoice. Returned trailer within 1 hour, requested return of deposit. Caltex said deposit was $20.00 and invoice was incorrect due to their human error. Refused to honor invoice and only refunded $20.00. Always got our Petrol there, will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
