We're isolating because my daughter has Covid. We're physically, mentally and emotionally stretched. I've ordered some RAT kit for the household and was calling to ask for the process. I'd appreciate if the person on the phone would be a bit empathetic. Unfortunately the experience was the opposite.

I just wanted to say today we had a really great experience getting passport photos done for my toddlers. Its no easy task as they don't like to sit still or follow instructions lol. Viv took the photos and was so friendly and helpful with my twins. When she wasn't happy with the pics she got help from a younger blonde girl in black chuck taylors (sorry didnt catch her name). And together they got the shot. Sometimes leaving the house with twin toddlers is difficult and star retailers like them make it a worthwhile stressfree experience. We aren't usually customers of this pharmacy and I only decided to come here because it had close parking lol. But will bring my future buisness here for sure. Thanks to those ladies for going the extra mile and providing top notch service, very appreciated.
