These guys are amazing i had my 2nd scooter for a year broght from arrow (which i regret) and after being in a crash its needed major work ofcause i wasnt letting arrow in taradale near it ever agein. These guys were not only way cheaper then him they fixed all its issues for way cheaper then arrow would have, got the work done way faster and now works better then it ever had the year ive had it. These guys have been honest and amazing with doing the job and has pleased my taxi driver aswell with how amazing its running. I love how awsome , friendly hecker jones are all their staff from the 3 times its been in them they always been fast and relible. My old wc was fixed by them aswell and they fixed that just aswell they are very honest unlike arrow. Ive told everyone i seen im napier to go to hecker jones and i no my taxi driver is doing the same :)

Quality products (if I can afford them) with a long life are better for the planet and my sanity. Equally important is excellent support and customer service. Hector Jones does both. Kevin is exceptional at customer service. He could have easily fobbed me off because they don't service Dyson vacuum cleaners, but instead I'm on my way to the hardware store to get a torx (new to me!) to hopefully unblock the hose myself. And if I can't do it, he said they would be happy to do it. THANKS KEVIN!

Popped in to check out mobility equipment, found exactly what I thought I needed to move my wife around the house, going shopping Dr visits etc and came away with a fold up transportable dual wheelchair/walker for under $400. This has more than proved its worth over the past two weeks. Hopefully we can get her knees & ankles sorted in our lifetime and pass it on to some other deserving person, thanks Hector Jones.

Great and friendly service from knowledgeable staff. Not always the cheapest to buy from but they aren't a massive chain with extremely large buying power. Absolutely support your local business
