Sales and purchase was ok however we purchased a car from this branch and paid good money for it only to discover there is a minor defect; I believe in the door or window seal as rain water gets inside the car door. When contacting the salesperson they said this is Toyota's design for the modern car and you can drain the water from the bottom of the door. Shouldnt be the case for a normal car. I dont believe manufacturers would design cars for rain to deliberately get inside the car doors. This has yet to be rectified

Was Quoted $150 for a replacement key for my vehicle. Was charged $420 for the key and was told "Sorry for the communication mixup" Great work Toyota, thanks for keeping it honest.
