The tasting-serve sizes were extremely small and you could barely see the depth of colour in the wine. However, the winery ambiance was beautiful and the welcome was lovely. Thanks

Church Road had deteriorated. We loved this place in the past and would come regularly. This time we came here , the service is poor and staff refused to deliver the wine to the outside tables, and refused to open new bottle of wine for us. The women who served us was really rude, and told us no restaurant would open a new bottle of wine for customers. They forgot one of our order and we were waiting for ages. The food (fries) were cold and upon sending them back got a funny look. A nice scenic place with potential if they can get the basics right. Respect your customers and dont ruin their day - Thanks!

We had a great time at Church road winery and spent a lovely afternoon at their venue. We had read online that they are dog friendly and so had booked to do a tasting followed by lunch. In the lead up to our visit, I tried to call several times to confirm they were indeed dog friendly but unfortunately it went to answering machine every time which was annoying. When we go to venue we found out that whilst the dog is allowed outside, tastings are only done inside. This was kind of annoying but Daniele the venue manager was super friendly and tried to find a good solution for us. We ended up having a share platter outside which was delicious along with a couple of glasses of wine. The outside area is delightful with a beautiful lush green view. My husband did a terroir tasting with Kay which he said was amazing. She too was super friendly and helpful and we ended up buying a few bottles to take home and as gifts The only negative was one of the staff members - an older gentleman with white hair who was super unhelpful, unfriendly and borderline rude.
