Products- saddle blankets do not come as colour described - best to check out other descriptions elsewhere first.
Customer service- the worst service I've ever had absolutely rude - they also remind you that your to blame and they are not rude at all....Nick...
Refunds - if you pay via afterpay they won't refund back via afterpay they instead give store credit and then tell you check the policies.
Also returning items you have to pay yourself not like other stores. I dont recall this store being so rude must be new owners.
