Too many men took too long to do the job, including some weekdays no 1 onsite only to watch 2 men spend a weekend finishing it off. Then witnessed 2 men from another organisation come & do more work on the roof...!! Scaffolding still there & looks to be an inconvenience. Watched builders from another firm on another house do a roof in 2 days!!

Don't call this company unless you want a reroof, they won't deal with you unless it's a full $20,000 reroof. Then when they ignore your maintenance needs, they'll send their cleaner rep around your neighborhood to poach any other revenue they can get from the area to make up the poor assessment we were given. Yep. And I doubt my info is on your record as everything was hand written and probably tossed.

Your salesman acted very unprofessional when calling to our home. We got evidence of the salesman taking photos of our property that had nothing to do with roofing at all. Previous experience with Edwards and Hardy is that they are VERY pushy. I feel that entering private property without prior permission, ie phoning first is pretty shocking these days. A lot of other professional service providers would send a text message to notify of their visit. Could you please tell this guy not to call back!
