Lou was amazing! She took our booking last minute on NYE because our rescue dog refused to let us cut his nails, and we were beginning to get really worried. She was not the least bit phased by how difficult he was to keep calm and got the job done super fast and without getting the tiniest bit stressed. He was so wriggly, still she didnt make one wrong move, and Chappie made it through the whole experience without the slightest scratch. I highly recommend Lou, she clearly is very experienced and cares a lot for her doggie clients. Thank you Lou! Love Chappie

Lou is an amazing woman and has an affinity with the animals she cares and is such an awesome groomer, I am always impressed with her work, Giovanni and Pearl stay with her I am quite happy to leave them with her So Lou gets 10 out of 10 from me

I made a random call to Lou because I was concerned my pup could not see through the hairs on her nose. Lou trimmed those hairs and now my girl is a little beauty. Thanks K9 Dog Groomer.
