        We were so fortunate to be able to make a short notice booking at such a lovely BnB. Elaine was so welcoming, both on the phone and in person. Nothing was a problem. We stayed on New Years Eve while on our way home to Nelson. A perfect, quiet stopover in a beautifully appointed room with a huge adjoining private bathroom. Delicious breakfast included homemade preserves and a lively chat with Elaine & her equally lovely hubby and pets along with the other couple staying. The only negative was we were only staying one night!! We still made time for a stroll around the beautiful gardens which gave us a few new ideas for ours. If youre interested in art be sure to ask to see some of their collection. Highly recommended.
