I wouldn't shop here, guy is unreasonable and expects others to supply a service that they would not be able to supply themselves. Have placed a large order elsewhere.

Alwyn was great to deal with. Very efficient, polite and a great product. We had four canvas chair covers made and we highly recommend Flags R Us.

Thanks for sending our new COFFEE2GO flag, arrived Friday. Its replacement had a hard life, but had worked hard.in Southlands wind & snow Great quality as usual.

What a completely unpleasant experience dealing with this company. I contacted them on the 15th September regarding vinyl flags and Alwyn assured me he could make them. I ordered and paid for them on the 27th September. Today 7 weeks later I have received 1 flag that is totally unacceptable. After weeks of excuses such as we are busy, Ive been in hospital, I had to see a Neuro Surgeon, I get 1 flag that is scratched up, and has a completely different colour on the top and bottom. I have no idea how Alwyn thinks this OK, but I will now let the courts decide. I am so disappointed in myself for trusting him and putting up with 7 weeks of excuses whilst he banked my money. One star is too high for this company in my mind. Make your own mind up, would you accept 1 flag in the wrong colour, 7 weeks after paying $1,150?? Follow up - The Disputes Tribunal completely agreed and Alwyn had to refund the money he owed. Its such a shame when you have to take a company to court to receive a full refund as they were out of their depth.
