Country Lane Homestay B & B

Such a beautiful home and gardens, with the loveliest hosts you could ask for! We live locally and were booked here as a lovely treat by family. Feel so fortunate we were as we would never have known this jewel existed. Faye & Allen were the most wonderful hosts, who couldn't have spoilt us or made us feel more welcome. We had such a lovely, relaxing time and we're given the most delicious breakfast! With freshly squeezed fruit juice, farm fresh eggs & sausages all sourced from the property....and toast from home made walnut bread, spread with a selection of home made jams & lemon honey. If you want to relax and unwind or want to get away for a special treat and a very comfortable bed......could not recommend a better place to stay!

Such a beautiful home. Alan and Fay made us feel so welcome. When we arrived we were given afternoon tea outside looking over their beautiful gardens. Breakfast was amazing with home cooked bread, produce from their gardens. You could have anything you liked. The room we stayed in was so charming and the bath was amazing. I would recommend staying here and I would love to go back again. Thanks again for our wonderful 2 nights.

If you are after an experience of yesteryear sophistication, elegance and charm, look no further. This homestead located just on the outskirts of Aokautere offers this and more. Faye and Alan were the perfect hosts offering a superb breakfast and great conversation. The experience was magical. Thank you so much for sharing your exquisite home.
