The wanganui store has had their doors closed for months. You have my laptop and I want it back. If you knew you were closing your doors you had my phone number you should have rang and made contact before shutting your doors and holding onto my belongings. I have attempted to locate the owner through various avenues with no luck. If no contact is made I will take legal action to get my belongings back, thanks rom one very unhappy customer

No communication or updates. Held phone for months with all sorts of delays and problems. Luckily for me, the phone was damaged and replaced by them in the end.

I rated this company a low star rating because of the lack of communication and false advertising instore and on line i hope in future this comment may help customers insure they do there home work

Sadly, the girl who replaced my iPhone screen stripped the screw and now its permanently stuck half out of the phone. Because she could not install the new screen correctly with the damaged screw, she gave me the phone back with a visible gap between the glass and the phone (large enough for my fingernails slide through) . I took it back to show her and she pushed the screen down harder which damaged the display and left light leaking from where she pushed. I took it back again and they replaced the screen but they also had to push it and now its still damaged. So my phone has a screw half hanging out and light leakage on the side. Funny thing was that my original lcd panel was never damaged but just the outer glass. The replacement lcd is of a much lower quality than the original and has a yellow tint. Overall not a good service so one star.
