Flower Room Whanganui

Wish I didn't have to rate so low but I ordered flowers online before the cut-off time for same day delivery. I received a text straight away confirming my order and stating they would let me know when the flowers had been shipped. It's been two days and I've still heard nothing despite replying to the text and emailing asking if they've been delivered. I double checked and the payment went through (ie, I can see no reason for the order to not go ahead) Quite disappointed as they've taken my money but I have no idea whether the flowers were delivered or not. Also unimpressed by the lack of response to my contact. Will be using a different florist in Wanganui next time...

Was super easy to order over the phone. Definitely got what I asked for. Low allergy flowers which my daughter was grateful for. Beautiful bright flowers. Definitely use again!!

Oh my! This place is great I had no idea what to get and Nichola and Jeas were sooo hopefully! When I received the arrangement I was amazed to the point wanted to keep it for myself! Highly recommend!
