Great GP. We were not able to get adequate services from another service provider, and were kindly accepted by SJMC. Since then we are doing OK.

My friend went to this GP with gastric pain symptoms and was told she needed grievance counselling after losing her husband. Unfortunately she passed away 4 weeks later as she was riddled with cancer. Dont go to this doctor.

Back in April i paid $59.50 via bank transfer to Dr Prakash. They failed to match it to my account and months later sent me a bill. When i tried to resolve the situation his staff were utterly nasty and abusive to me - a brain injured medical patient. Eventually we found my payment in their system and all was resolved. BUT - just got another bill from them and the $59.50 from April has still not been credited to my account. Dealing with his staff last time was so traumatizing for me, i cant face having to go through this again. Good doctor and nurse, but rest of the staff are incompetent and abusive.

Dr Satya Prakash was dismissive of my symptoms and on going pain. He also insulted me about my English. It was at least unprofessional. My friends advised me not to go to him and now I understand why. Worst doctor I have ever been to. Totally regret to have visited this clinic.

I grossly discussed in Dr Prakash work ethics he is rarely available and I've been with him since I was 15 and I'm now 41 he used to be a 5star docter now doesn't want to know about ur symptoms etc just to see u and push u out the door if I am to pay my good hard earned money I expect quality care I have type 2 diabetes and he has no idea what to prescribe I am getting very sick I have tried to ring the office for months now no one answered the phone and there's a receptionist but is she just drinking coffee all day or what? Cos she definitely needs to know about her job. I believe Dr Prakash should retire also about 3 visits ago it had a problem and I was disagreeing with him and he threatened me saying if I do this again he will kick me out. Is it not my right to disagree with a diagnosis?? What happened to respect for paitents and if he says he's going to refer u he never does even a pharmacy I'm with is getting very angry with him #SACKEDGOODBYE #AGEMENTALHEALTHISSUES #SHOCKED #ANGRY #VERYSICK Louise Sorensen
