        Turned up to find the person we had an appointment with had resigned, so probably a good idea to phone ahead and confirm appointments the day before. Staff who were there were very polite and apologetic, but there wasn't anyone available who could assist us at that time so we couldn't prepare our paperwork as planned. We were offered the option of booking an appointment the following week, but chose to go elsewhere. Lesson learned: confirm your appointments the day before.

Tammi went above and beyond for us, stayed over her finish time, provided us with everything she could to help our situation all with a smile and a warm presence.
