        Had (quadruple) speaker and amp unit in shop for 4 wks. The front cage and speakers were removed and that was it. Took it home WITHOUT THE ISSUE BEING RESOLVED as I was, to say the least, tired of waiting for it to be fixed. I had a sparky mate check the speaker unit only to discover loose and cross-threaded screws that held the four speaker cones in position within the unit. I could've easily made those amateur mistakes all by myself but as the manual stated: "Repairs should only be undertaken by qualified personnel". Certainly won't be going back there again!!
