I highly recommend Moira to anyone who is looking to purchase their first home. She was super helpful, very responsive (even when I was overseas and during the holidays), and a pleasure to deal with. She presented the information in a very clear and concise way every time and relayed the information very quickly. She managed to get me my home loan very quickly. You will not be disappointed. As a side note - I was also asked if I wanted to get a quote for house insurance with Insurance Link and I agreed. When the quote came through, I politely declined as it was beyond my budget and I advised I would get my insurance through someone else. The response I got back after declining was a tad unprofessional.
