Dibben Swartz Suzuki and Polaris Motorcycles Wanganui

Seemed good til I tried to order parts. The guy didn't seem to know what a water pump shaft gear is. He kept giving me a price for the wrong part despite me describing it 3 or 4 times.. Gave measurements for the seal to confirm the size.. which never was confirmed. Also wouldn't confirm if postage was included or extra. After 3 weeks of mucking me around, several phone calls, the parts weren't ordered because he couldn't figure out which gear I wanted

I have just bought my second motorcycle from this great Suzuki shop, using the first as a trade in. From start to finish of this transaction Richie and Shane have been accomodating, efficient and above all, friendly and honest. I thoroughly recommend and endorse this fine Suzuki franchise.

Great guys. Friendly service. Excellent mechanical work. Good value. Not just on Suzukis either. They've also worked on my Triumph. And it's not every day a national champion (and part-owner of the business) brings your bike round to the front of the shop for you ... in the rain! Highly recommended.
