        Went to retrieve a quote for my grandsons stationery with my son 5 days after the quote was given. The chromebooks had increased in price so he was illegally charged the extra $200 for the chromebook. Then I went and bought my 2 grandsons a mobile phone each. Asked for 2 black ones. They unwrapped blue ones. The woman who is never smiling will make you wait while she fluffs around in drawers then produces things you didnt ask for and overrides quotes. I shall be going to get back what god thought she cloud take. Terrible customer experience with no customer service. Sack her!

        Yesterday the 16th Nov I asked a young female worker where I could find some gel pens.She didnt really look happy to even be there.She said they are down the aisle where the pens are! Not knowing what I was really looking for as my granddaughter asked for these.I ended up asking this mother &daughter thay were more than happy to help me
