Recently, i walked into your lovely premises to use the toilet. I walked into the mens toilets only for the cleaning lady to tell me, quite firmly, i wasn't allowed to use the toilet as she was cleaning and that i should go down the street to use the toilet (which i did, but it looked like it was closed). I found her to be a little rude, like she was reprimanding me for even considering to use the toilet. There was NO sign saying i couldn't use the toilet - only a "caution - wet floor" sign. How was I meant to know i couldn't use it? It would not hurt if she was nicer in her approach next time. I strongly suggest you have some sign telling people the toilet cannot be used whilst it is being cleaned if it saves someone else from having their heads bitten off by this lady next time. I'll probably never use these toilet facilities (by far the nicest in town) again :(.
