        Our curbside bin hasn't been emptied for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Bin isn't overloaded or too heavy, bin has been out the night before; nothing wrong with the bin in order for them to leave it. Customer Service takes about 2 days to answer a query and even then it's answered by the wrong person. I think it's time to find a new rubbish collector.
