        Yin yoga has been the best investment I've made in a long time. It's brought stuff to the surface for healing while gently holding my body through the process. Simone is a beautiful, safe and gentle facilitator of this practice and I highly recommend her! I'm hooked on Yin after years of former yoga practices including Astanga and Iyenga. Yin is such a healing form of yoga and truly digs deep gently. So grateful! Namaste

        I have been going to Simones wonderful Yin and Vinyasa flow classes for the last few years. Simones teaching style is delightfully refreshing and every week we have something interesting and new to learn to strengthen different parts of the body and mind. I always leave feeling refreshed and energised after each daytime Vinyasa flow session, and totally relaxed in my mind and body after the evening Yin sessions.
