Location is great. Reception team is outstanding. What is not good is the actual room. Our stay was meant to be for business with the intent to stay months. Videos and photos attached. The only reason we continue to stay is the hotel has (to date) a 30 day cancelation policy that they will not waive. Shower has mildew, the vent and ceiling over stovetop is not clean and has dust. Windows in living room are not sealed. The AC/heat until has a buzz that is non-stop. We decided to use our own bedding and found the bed topper had not been changed between guests - black hair found- we have grey and brown hair. They did give us a clean bed topper. Upon request. Dishwasher doesn't work. Holes in the walls. This room is supposed to be an executive 1br suite. In a different country we lived in a hotel for 8.5 months and never had these issues. If something did need taken care of it was quick and efficient. At this point we have asked the hotel to return the funds for any days not stayed.
