        Absolute stuff around having a 20' Container delivered. Blamed tenant at the property when their driver got the truck stuck on the sodden property requiring recovery. Driver should have been capable of assessing that driving onto a property with surface water on top of soil was a bad idea. Had to pay for a redelivery when weather improved and even then they turned up at the property unannounced. Just as well people were on site to receive the container. How hard is it to ring someone when you are prepping for a delivery? Just glad to have the container on site but what an unnecessary stuff around. Plenty of other firms around that have provided better customer service. Office staff helpful, drivers not so much.
