        Having problems sourcing parts for my rover raider 20/42 from steel fort. (brought new 2017) and so is Stihl?? so here I am, mulch blade's and plug?? Now it's just a ride but no mowing, Now feel like "I've" been taken for a ride! Phoned several times, same as results as parts, different brand of Ride on very soon

        Glen Lanfear from part team is very arrogant and unhelpful. Really surprised that some reputable appliance brand will have steelfort as a after sales supplier.

        Great company!!! I accidentally run over a couple of plastic parts. When I contacted them they about it, they very quick said they would send out replacement parts (they didn't hesitate). I totally admire companies like that. Keep it up!!!
