We had Jon, Jeremy and Josh deliver our belongings to Whanganui. We had issues with the property we were meant to be shifting to being still occupied, so had a bit of a panic with what to do with our truck arriving the following morning. I rang the office first thing and your wonderful staff handled my stress so well. I met the boys at the original property and they happily agreed to take our belongings to an alternative location to be dropped off. They did a great job of delivering, took such great care of our stuff and were great people to chat to. Your team made a very stressful time so easy, we are so so grateful for all of you. THANKYOU!!

The 3 men from Palmy did an amazing job moving all our gear (some of it very heavy) up to 2 flights of stairs and we appreciate how much effort this must have taken. They truly worked hard and were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately our plastic boxes were damaged and key broken on our tool chest together with some scratches on furniture which happened during transit from Chch (not Palmy) so we would love to give a 5 star review however the damage is disappointing especially as we were told just before pick up in Chch that we did not have insurance cover for our own packing (some of which was in large plastic containers) when we paid $900 for transit insurance cover so that was frustrating that we were told so late that we did not have the time to update our insurance and now we have unusable and damaged large plastic containers.
