Tara is hands down the best physio I have ever had. Really listens and assesses everything I tell her so she knows exactly what is going on. Tara makes sure I dont have to stop doing everything physical and instead sets me up with rehab and prehab exercises to make sure I heal properly the first time. I do a very high level of exercise so will continuing seeing Tara even when there are no injuries, that way I know I am doing everything possible to care for my body.

Tara is very professional and friendly. I had ongoing shoulder pain and went to see her a few times before I moved down to South island. Thanks to her I was able to move stuff around normally and sleep well without any pain. Recommend her service to everyone with confidence!

Tara is an excellent physio, she understands my need to keep active while working on my problem areas. We've already seen some great improvements in our short time working together, which is very exciting! Definitely going to continue to see Tara, and keep fixing my body.
