Nothing but kindness, compassion, confidence and being put at ease in an unpleasant situation.
Communication - honest, fair, on point and easy.
My cat is not a fan of being at the vet and has been labeled a 'Spicy Burito' at another clinic. The Vet team befriended him quickly and he was happy during his stay .
