No stock and bad customer service. Not a normal yard in the sense that you are not allowed on to the yard until you have contacted their office, despite the fact that their gates are wide open. We arrived, browsed their extremely limited range and then as we were leaving were approached by an angry old man that started lecturing us about health and safety rules instead of helping us to buy a caravan. They only had two caravans for sale on the yard, so Avoid if possible and go to a proper yard with stock and helpful sales people.

I am most surprised by the review written by Adam Jones. Today I have collected a caravan that I bought two weeks ago from Optima Leisure. Every contact with the Optima Leisure team has been nothing less than excellent. They have been extremely genuine, helpful and informative.. They totally live up to the values expressed on their website. I could not be happier with every aspect of the transaction. I was amazed to learn that Adam Jones had the audacity to help himself to entering the caravan I had bought despite several SOLD stickers being displayed prominently on it. Good people do not deserve the nonsense review written by this gentleman.
