I have watched the best road manurer ever yesterday ,what a talented driver this man was taking he's times backing a massive truck with all of a new house on both parts with such care, down a narrow driveway well done such care taken was a pleasure to watch .

I have recently completed building a QuickBuild 80sqm home. During the course of the build I was very satisfied with the fact that they were always available for all my questions and willingly offered any assistance I may have required. I am not a builder or am I involved in the building industry. So from the point of view of assessing the satisfaction of dealing with the company, QuickBuild get a 5 out of 5. Now for my opinion of the completed home. On completing every stage, I became more and more convinced that a Quickbuild home was the right choice. On completion it has proved to be more cost effective per square metre, more time efficient in its construction, and well and truly ahead of other building materials for ease of maintenance and serviceability. No possible holes in the Gib flood damage from a plumbing problem, or failing insulation with a QuickBuild Home. QuickBuild have done all the hard work in achieving a nation wide registration number which Councils through out NZ recognise, and appreciate. All the Plans, Engineering ,and Structural requirements have been met and the issuing of a building permit becomes a very simple, no hassle requirement. The QuickBuild Kit-set homes come with everything. Starting at the String and Pegs for marking out the pile layout, to the light fittings, cooking and water heating requirements. All floor coverings as well as Curtains / Blinds for the entire home are included. The home is complete with nothing more to purchase. Taking all of this into consideration I recommend anyone considering building a new house, to consider a QuickBuild Home. Regardless of it being a means of getting onto the property ladder, building your final home, or an investment property that requires very little maintenance, QuickBuild have a home that suits. My home has been tenanted to an elderly couple who have been in it for approximately 4 months and love it. They moved from an Education Department house and say the QuickBuild Home is superior in every way. I rate the QBH a 5 out of 5. Mike Powell 16th July 2022.
