Did not end up using their services due to bad customer service and poor communication. Bernie came out to do a quote, which I accepted in July 2022, and I was advised it can take 5-6 weeks before they can come out and do the job. I emailed them 11 weeks later in October 2022, when they sent a rude and blunt reply advising it can take 2-3 weeks, weather dependent, and said "If you want to try some one else please by all means but just let me know and then Ill take you off our list." It has now been a further 15 weeks, a whole 6 months after I accepted the original quote, with no contact from the company to update me with a realistic timeframe, and no apology for tardiness.

Bill did not match quote. Overcharged by $1000, for work that I'd told Bernie I didn't want done, nor need. The final price on the quote did not include this extra work, therefore was not agreed to in writing either. Thought K McCall's review below was harsh when first reading their review on Bernie, however I am now in complete agreeance with K McCall's review.

What an awful experience. Bernie Walsh is a lying thief. He gives a quote, then denies ever giving it and starts using foul language at you. Don't ever do business with this company
