        We don't use the medical center, due to long standing inefficiencies. The medlab facility next door is super efficient. And the "hospital" next door door is also doing a good job.

        All appointments I have made have always been running late at least 15 to 45mins after booked times. Saw a nurse today and thought she could use some more training in people skills, has put me off going back to see a nurse in future.Will be signing up to a doctors in Palmerston North from now on.On a positive side the reception ladies are always lovely and welcoming and waiting area is always clean and tidy.

        Tried to call them on s Saturday during the open hours (10am-12pm) and couldn't get hold of them needed to get a prescription that was ment to be done on Thursday. Apart from having the same problem every month they are great.
