Westpac Feilding is the only bank that has reduced it's hours to 3 days a week from 10am till 2pm. The other banks in Feilding are open all week and they're fully staffed.
Waiting times at Westpac Feilding are a big issue with only 2 tellers at any given time.
With the cancellation of cheques and everyone now having to learn new ways of making payments especially the older generation, those with disabilities etc. Westpac hasn't been proactive in a tutorial providing support service.
