        Expect long delays in being served. Sat in the drive thru today, blocked in for 45 minutes, unable to back out, so was stuck in the queue. Watched passengers get out of their cars and go in to order coming back out with food before the cars even moved. Watched 3 cars ahead of us wait up to 8 minutes each before being acknowledged, then waiting again to have their orders taken. If they haven't got enough staff, they should close the drive thru so they can cope. The management is setting up their team for abuse from customers who don't want to wait, completely out of the staff's control. I feel for the poor staff trying to keep it together. They should also take more than one order at a time so they can cook more than one at a time and keep the line moving.
