Awesome technician, extremely polite, answered my endless curiosity, felt like he was part of the family and just wanted the best outcome for our internet. I highly recommend them for your internet connection. Great price and we are very pleased with the super fast internet we now have.

        Great communication. Prompt service. Very knowledgeable about product and identifying customer needs - and most importantly, communicating that information. Was very professional removing shoes as required, asking before leaving doors open and access to roof space requests. Such a huge improvement to our connectivity across the entire house. I am also sorted with avenues should my requirements change and need to get in touch with them as well as being able to monitor my usage. Very good service and services.
