Nicola just sold our home. We had previously negotiated a private sale that had slowly started to stagnate. After we passed the sale to Nicola she negotiated on our behalf and reinvigorated the deal. The team at NZR then offered a professional service to see the deal through to completion. We sold whilst overseas and the team at NZR made the whole process very straightforward.

I was shocked at our experience given all the good reviews and recommendations however, it always felt as though Nicola was giving excuses for the other parties instead of pushing for what is best for us. We were constantly chasing information and felt very out of the loop. We left our property 2 weeks before settlement and left our keys. We have not heard a word from Nicola or anyone in the team since. Not even a thank you for using us an agent. This is incredibly poor service especially with the amount of commission we paid. I would never recommend NZR to anyone.

I will totally recommend Blair Johns to anyone buying or selling. He made it smooth and stress free in helping us buy our first home.
