        Have used rentals from this place and have never had any issues until today. Customer service today was very disappointing from Lynette who was rude and abrupt when speaking to her on the phone.

        Brought an item of them using buy now option. Headed on my way to pick it up, Then being notified on they way up that they had sold the item 2 days before outside of trademe. No apology, just excuses from them. This had cost me in travel costs and the rental of a trailer, worst customer service I have experienced in a long time,
