Update while the customer service has improved the care taken to make sure theyre giving correct medication and correct amount of medication required for the month has got really sloppy, this is dangerous . Lucky we know to check our medications . Clearly the senior pharmacist is not checking either to make sure medications are being dispensed correctly . This is extremely concerning . Twice in less than a week two members of our households medication has been wrong. I think Im going to follow this up with people higher up this time its dangerous . Thought when filling prescriptions theyre supposed to be checked by a second pharmacist to make sure what they are dispensing is correct !!!

The staff hired are always very helpful but I have seen the male staff member be not very nice to staff and its no good. This would have been a 5 star review if the new owners treated the staff better.

Absolutely Terrible! We are so angry and disappointed by the way they are running this place! It was fine until these new people started working there! Went in today to pick up the rest of our daughters medication and was told we had already picked it up! Said we had 44 and then 16 tabs from New script of 60 then the 30 tabs so there were none to give her. Didn't make sense considering she gets 60 tabs a month! How is 16 and 30 = 60? No, she messed up bad! The 44 and 16 were the same script 44 plus 16 = 60 which means she did STILL have another 30 tablets to pick up! She had mistaken the dates on her script and then blamed us. This was all verified by our daughter's doctor (dates on script). So once again the pharmacy playing Dr, poor record keeping and just enjoying the power. I hate to think how many other mistakes they have made. Previously after my surgery they failed to give me my new script because of information on my old script! Seriously! Its a new dam script for a REASON and does that mean that you withhold people's medicine when they get an increase in medicine too because they already have one? Cause you have done that to me more than once! Not all drs put "additional medicine" the pharmacy also have a legal obligation to HELP fix issues etc but instead they just dont care and tell you it's not their problem ! We have since changed pharmacy and they were disgusted with the behavior also, said they have had a lot of customers change from gimbletts to them. The pharmacy council urged me to go to the HDC when they held my new script because the council told me they were NOT allowed to do that to a new script request! I didn't, but this time we are going to. Letting this pharmacy have control over your medicine is dangerous. They do not listen, they do not care and it has to be their way even if they're breaking the law. It's hard enough and expensive enough to get through to a Dr! Let Alone having this joke of a place mess up and cost the customers more more money in fees!
