Newtech is GREAT company, and is probably one of the best companies out thier in terms of service& delivery. Stunning range of products, and a huge range to sort EVERYONES bathroom needs By far the best bathroom ware company I have and ever will come across. Amazing at dealing with situations, willing to go the extra mile and an incredible products and services. I wish thier was a 10 star option THE ABSOLUTE best. Keep up the great work team.

After receiving some great advice from Anna at the Auckland Showroom, we purchased a range of Newtech products for our bathroom and ensuite renovation. When the renovation was completed, I contacted Newtech to source some screw covers and plastic clips, as the builders had misplaced these items during the installation. These promptly arrived within a couple of days, at no additional cost. Last week I called Newtech and spoke with Mark (Customer Service) after the top of our ensuite vanity suffered damage from a tradesperson's tools. Mark was able to offer on the spot advice and after 2.5 hours of 'polishing', I was able to achieve a fantastic result. The staff are affable, willing to assist and know their product range(s). I was able to confidently make a purchase without any sales pressure. If you are looking for bathroom fittings and accessories, I highly recommend you visit the Newtech Showroom in Penrose.

We have lived in our apartment for over 6 years and recently noticed a hair crack in the vanity basin.I contacted Newtech and Marcus promptly replied and forwarded my email on to Janette who also made prompt contact. Although the basin was out of guarantee Janette arranged a replacement at no charge. Within 7 days I had the new basin delivered. This was fantastic service and I highly recommend Newtech to deal with. (P.S. all this occurred during the Auckland Covid lockdown)
